Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) is a parent-based treatment that helps reduce a child's anxiety by teaching parents effective strategies to support their child while reducing accommodations to anxiety-driven behaviors.
Habit Reversal Therapy (HRT) is a behavioral treatment that helps individuals reduce unwanted habits or tics by increasing awareness of the behavior and teaching alternative, more adaptive responses. This treatment is used for behaviors such as hair pulling, skin picking, and more.
